Merchandise will ship within 3 business days of order. We ship via United States Postal Service. We will ship most of our items internationally. Please email us for international shipping quotes.

Enchanted Kidz does our best to ensure that the products we make and carry are of the highest quality. However, if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or gift, you may return it within 14 days of receipt for a refund, exchange or store credit. If an item is damaged or defective, please email info@enchantedkidz.com
Defective items can be exchanged within 14 days of receipt, at no added expense to the customer.
For all other items, please ship the item back to us with the order number or copy of the invoice.
All merchandise must be in its original, unused condition with the tags attached. Items that have been washed, show signs of wear or altered are non-returnable. All clothing is inspected upon return.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund and your package will be returned back to you. All sales are final on personalized items and special orders.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges and original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If an order/item is returned that originally received free shipping, shipping charges will be deducted from the total refund. Exchanges will be shipped to the customer free of charge.

Orders may not be cancelled once they are being processed. Order cancellations must be e-mailed prior to shipment processing.
